This interactive workbook is designed to help young people, approximately 5th to 8th grade, develop their Personal Profile. By learning to identify their strengths and challenges, they are better able to participate in developing meaningful interventions and future plans, including playing an effective role in their own IEP meetings. With the help of a trusted adult, the child completes a series of exercises related to learning style, sensory issues, emotions, relationships and more, culminating in a written plan for each major area of his or her life that will serve as a constant guide and reinforcement.
