CC finds a woman wandering naked on the freeway. It's her own court reporter, Tabatha. Women using a singles site are being fed "roofies" & raped but can't remember it. Blackmail follows soon after. CC & two lady cops, Angela and Carlina, form a "sting" to catch 'em but the rapist-blackmailers turn killers on the hunt for the last two victims and, to keep it clean, CC & the cops as well.
