A collection of 17 of Hans Christian Andersen's classic fairy tales illustrated with many black and white drawing by E. A. Lemann. Stories include; The Little Mermaid, The Storks, The Nightingale, Little Totty, Little Ida's Flowers and others. Pook Press celebrates the great Golden Age of Illustration in children's literature. Many of the earliest children's books, particularly those dating back to the 1850s and before, are now extremely scarce and increasingly expensive.
