This is the what was left of the Internet posting of Martin Lee Wallace, who came to prevalence at the end of 2019 when he died in a suicide bombing attack. The FBI and Homeland Security confiscated most of what he posted on the Internet. There were hundreds of posts on the site 3Chan over the last few months of 2019. What is left offers a deep insight into someone who needed mental health help. He was pretty articulate about what he felt and was going through. Psychiatric specialists will probably be studying these posts for years to come.Included here are the posts that survived the FBI and Homeland Security purge of everything of his off the Internet. I guess they want to keep copycats from doing something similar; because, well, Wallace was also a copycat, in a way. I can't help but think about what could have been if he had just gotten the help he needed. Why didn't he reach out? Why did he take all that pain and keep it bottled up inside himself-blaming himself for all the wrongs? These questions have been asks and the media and the experts have had a field day with bringing their opinions into the spotlight. They blame this and they blame that. I mean, 20/20 hindsight is easy when you have all the time in the world and you were not close to the events. Those who knew him said they never saw this coming. Apparently, he was very good at compartmentalizing everything and hiding things. He probably spent years not showing his true feelings to the world and this helped conceal his actions and plans. And, the politicians were all playing the blame game. The Senators were blaming the other parties and the governor was blaming the mayor, as it always goes. They wanted someone to blame for the deaths and destruction, because that is what always happens. Then, the politicians got on TV and social media and tried to give more thoughts and prayers than their rivals. They used their time in the limelight to further their campaigns and get more attention on themselves. Nothing really changed though, just as nothing ever really changes, despite such a horrific terrorist attack. But...at least, we didn't have to suffer through something as bad as another PATRIOT ACT.
