A companion volume to 'It Is A Good Work', a history of the first 150 years of Saint John's Lutheran Church, Winchester - Frederick County, Virginia. This equally illustrated volume explores the church cemetery, which dates back to 1788, and the burial records of 83 families. Corresponding entries from church records and manuscripts are also quoted. And a special salute to the departed Veterans of the congregation, is included as well. This book was written with relatives, readers, researchers and members in mind so that everyone can discover a new and interesting insight into the lives of the many faithful - who were, and still are, such a dear blessing to this church & community.
