I honestly thought that I was capable of coping with any kind of stress after having gone through so much pain and sorrow as a child.

My psychologist was also the one that suggested that I should start writing about my life. She also said that, by putting my terrifying memories on paper, it would help me put my childhood nightmares to rest.
