Fantasia and, to a somewhat lesser extent, Fantasia 2000 brought masterworks of classical music to the general public in an accessible manner: through the magic of Disney and the art of animation. Fantasia and Fantasia 2000 present animated interpretations of eight works (with the famous Sorcerer's Apprentice sequence featured in both). This book serves as a companion guide to those works: providing the factual aspects of the works and their composers to the creative and interpretive aspects presented in the films.
