Late one wet and rainy afternoon Thor walked up behind Herman in a field, and grabbed him by the shoulder.
Herman shouted, "Hey What do you think you are doing?"
Thor replied, "I'm the Galaxy Sentinel, last person in this galaxy you want to see, and you're coming with me."
Herman shouted back, "You have no authority here, so beat it."
Thor came back with, "My authority extends throughout the galaxy. I work with the planetary governments, to capture lowlifes like yourself. This makes me your judge and jury.
