The Mako frantically changed its direction several times, desperately trying to break free as the weather worsened. Waves began to break over the bow as the crew desperately tried to regain power to the failed generator. Lightning flashed directly over the disabled boat and the roar of thunder was instantaneous. Most of the passengers aboard had retreated to the safe confines of the main cabin, leaving just a handful of people on deck to witness the action. The shark wildly charged the boat! It then showed its vast power by snapping its tail against the hull of the Sea Wolf, creating an echoing vibration only equal to the thunder overhead. The Mako looked totally enraged as it tried to bite anything even remotely in its path! Joey watched with horror as the huge monster thrashed violently along side of the boat. Its ferocious head moving side to side, its deadly jaws snapping insanely at shadows! Less
