Evaluator Competencies
Evaluator Competencies, based on research by the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance, and Instruction (ibspti*), identifies the competencies needed by evaluators. The rigorously validated competencies are classified by domain and are accompanied by practical descriptions and performance statements. The authors discuss challenges and obstacles in conducting evaluations within dynamic, changing organizations and offer methods and strategies for using the competencies.
