Lonely Heart 245 pages of gripping urban drama looking into the life of Sheryl Lonely Hampton; a young girl struggling to find her identity after her parents are murdered by a close relative. She and her brothers Cree and Brandon Hampton are forced into an orphanage and separated shortly after, Sheryl fears getting kicked out of her new residence so she sets out for life on her own. Her journey won't be easy, living in the streets with no money, no food and nowhere to lay her head. Desperate to find shelter from the cold she meets a man who offers her the world and appears to be the answer to her prayers, until he becomes abusive.
