Liz is not an ordinary girl. She has a very surreal history and heritage. Unfortunately for her family she hates the very idea of what it entails and with the blessings of her beloved grandfather, she disappears, after her family arrive from their own country and into the United States. Her mother is the Ambassador of Lichtenstein.
Life has a tragic turn and she soon learns that nobody is really what they seem until you dig deep enough. Falling pregnant doesn't help - losing her baby even worse. With nothing to lose she goes back to work only to find some vast changes. Then the man who let her down learns who she is and wants a reconciliation at all costs-but Liz isn't interested. He will stop at nothing to get Liz to marry him. Until Fate steps in and whisks her away someplace safe.
Danger is now stalking her every move and with determination and courage Liz defeats those wishing harm to her and the man she has fallen in love with and goes home, with the new love in her life, after all, just because she is not an ordinary girl doesn't mean she can't be a rebel. Even if she is a Princess.
