This collection of poetry and short stories, written by the author over the course of her recovery journey, are a cathartic release of her emotion. TRIGGER WARNING: Included topics which are covered are mental illness, self-injury, the loss and gain of friendships, death of loved ones, addiction, child abuse, parental abandonment, systems failure, neglect, and more. Knowing that the author has dealt with such challenges and come through them in a positive manner will hopefully inspire readers to do the same. No matter the circumstances, recovery is possible!
