Steve Braxton, in his quest to share and reveal an enormity of ways to bring comfort to those who are in pain and hurting and is seeking that one thing; to help them to understand forgiveness; which will allow them to connect to the process of healing. Because of his ten plus years of exploring and delving into the various toxic and chronic relationships involving teens pregnancies, and parenting situations, which encompassed extended, and blended families-he has his finger on the pulse of many incidents of co-dependency, addictions, and situations of violence and rejections, as many people seek to understand the act of forgiveness. In his book, "The Road That is Difficult to Travel". Braxton through the benefits of wisdom, knowledge, and keen insights, gained from his exposure through pastoral care, mentoring others; and through the intervention and prevention process. An experiential realization that provided both strengths and attributes-enabling him to help an enormity of people find ways to discover hope again. It is the author's desire that for people who read about the experiential encounters, challenges, tribulations, unexpected turns, and hardships experienced by others. That the advent of their survival will shine as a luminous light; which shall serve to edify, encourage, inspire others; and also allow them to embrace forgiveness. Which in turn will build strength within, and allow them to begin the healing process from their wounds of life. Furthermore, that this book will provide insights to avoid certain pitfalls on this spiritual wilderness journey. Ultimately, it is the wish of the author for others to explore, touch, agree, and even resonate with many of the incidents contained, revealed, and shared within the chapters of this book. Less
